Hawaii Tour Companies Settle Males’ Harassment Claims for $570K

A group of Hawaii tour companies agreed May 30 to pay $570,000 to settle claims of sexual harassment brought by the EEOC on behalf of 18 former male employees.

Leo Malagon agreed to relinquish ownership of the three companies sued by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission—Discovering Hidden Hawaii Tours, Hawaii Tours and Transportation, and Big Kahuna Luau—as part of the settlement and will no longer have any input in their day-to-day operations.
