Hard Rock Cafe Cheated Employees Out of Wages, Breaks, Suit Says

Hard Rock Cafe International Inc. is facing allegations that it systematically underpaid bartenders, servers, and hosts, and forced them to work through unpaid breaks, in a new lawsuit filed in Colorado federal court.

The proposed class and collective action was filed by Steven Picknell, who worked at a Hard Rock location in Denver from February 2015 to March 2020, when he was laid off due to the pandemic.
