Grocer Sues NLRB Over Agency Judge, Top Attorney Authority (1)

A California grocery chain has sued the National Labor Relations Board, alleging its acting general counsel doesn’t have authority to bring labor charges against it and seeking to halt the agency’s proceedings.

Hannam Chain USA Inc. filed its complaint Wednesday in US District Court for the District of Columbia and accused the NLRB of bringing unconstitutional administrative proceedings against it, building on a growing number of legal attacks against the labor agency.
