Stacy Carpenter and Michael Dulin joined Greenberg Traurig as shareholders in its litigation practice in Denver, the firm announced Monday. Gina Tincher also joined as of counsel and Nicholas Banelli joined as an associate.
Carpenter will lead the Denver office’s litigation practice. She represents clients in complex commercial litigation, class actions, real estate disputes, and professional liability defense in state and federal courts nationwide. She has particular experience representing clients in the food and beverage industry, the firm said.
