Lisa M. Lanham has joined Greenberg Traurig as a shareholder in the financial regulatory and compliance practice in New York and Miami, the firm said Wednesday.
Lanham was previously a partner in Ballard Spahr, where she co-led the firm’s fintech and payment solutions team, according to Greenberg Traurig.
She handles state licensing and regulatory compliance matters, helping clients to get the necessary approvals to bring fintech products to market, said the firm.
