Greenberg Traurig Adds Ex-TTAB Judge Myles to Trademark Practice

Mary Beth Myles joined Greenberg Traurig as of counsel in its trademark and brand management practice in Los Angeles, the firm announced Wednesday.

Myles brings nearly a decade of experience at the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, where she served as an administrative trademark judge and previously as an interlocutory attorney. She adjudicated and authored decisions in appeals, oppositions, and cancellations, including precedential rulings, and issued thousands of interlocutory orders in inter partes proceedings, the firm said.
