CINCINNATI—An Ohio oil recovery firm, its president, and two managers have been indicted for the poisoning death of an employee at its Middletown wastewater plant (Ohio v. United Oil Recovery Servs. Inc.).
Officials from United Oil Recovery Services Inc. will be arraigned June 30 in the Common Pleas Court of Butler County in the death of Thomas Rogers, an employee who died during a 2008 accident in which he was exposed to hydrogen sulfide.
