Google Women Suing Over Pay Bias Must Wait for 2023 Trial Date

A class of female Google Inc. employees who allege they were paid less than their male counterparts at the tech giant must wait until January 2023 to take their claims to trial, in part to ensure pay data is available for all those who received class notices, a judge in San Francisco said Tuesday.
