Google Prevails in Antitrust Case Brought by Rumble Platform

Alphabet Inc.'s Google LLC unit won an antitrust suit alleging it monopolized the market for online video-sharing platforms after a federal judge found that the claims were time-barred.

Judge Haywood S. Gilliam Jr. of the US District Court for the Northern District of California in a Wednesday order granted Google’s motion for summary judgment, ending the suit brought by online video platform Rumble Inc. that sought more than $6 billion in treble damages.
