Golf Channel Technicians to Vote on Decertifying Union

A National Labor Relations Board regional director ordered July 6 that a decertification election proceed among on-call technicians for the Golf Channel cable network, who will decide whether to continue being represented by the International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees even though the decertification petition was filed the same day union members finished ratifying a collective bargaining agreement (TGC LLC d/b/a Golf Channel, 2015 BL 214815, N.L.R.B. Reg’l Dir., 10-RD-154113, 7/6/15).
