Goldman Sachs, Bank of America, Others Scheduled for DOL Audits

Microsoft, Bank of America, Goldman Sachs, and Oracle are among at least 3,000 company establishments facing Labor Department audits, according to a scheduling list published March 25. The DOL’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs annually audits companies that do business with the federal government to enforce federal equal employment opportunity law.

This is the first time the OFCCP published the list online in a transition from mailing the courtesy announcement notice, as Bloomberg Law reported earlier. The agency previously mailed 750 of the Corporate Scheduling Announcement Letters in September 2018, but these are the first notices ...
