GoDaddy Worker to Pay $10,000 to Drop Sex, Disability Bias Suit

GoDaddy.com LLC will receive $10,000 in legal fees and costs from a former employee so she can voluntarily dismiss her lawsuit alleging sex and disability bias and leave retaliation, Arizona federal court records show.

Kristin Fast notified the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona that she accepted its judgment to pay that amount as a sanction for her discovery violations in the July 2020 suit, so she can proceed with her request for a voluntary dismissal with prejudice “and move on with her life,” according to a document entered by the court Tuesday.
