Generals Motors LLC failed to show a female Tennessee plant worker’s testimony undercut her claims that she was denied a stationary engineer job because of her sex and bias complaint to her union.

Shelly Varner was asked during her deposition why she believes two male co-workers who got stationary engineer positions she sought were less qualified than her, and she responded that they had less seniority.
