Georgia Facility Management Company Settles EEOC Disability Suit

ISS Facility Services Inc. will pay $47,500 to settle a disability discrimination lawsuit filed by the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the agency announced Tuesday.

After the company started requiring employees to return to site full-time during the pandemic, health and safety manager Ronisha Moncrief requested to continue to work some days from home and have breaks on site because of a pulmonary condition, the EEOC said in its lawsuit filed at the US District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
