A dispute between General Mills Inc. and Champion Petfoods USA Inc. over a marketing strategist who left one company for the other has settled.
The terms are confidential, General Mills spokeswoman Kelsey Roemhildt said in an email Tuesday. A docket entry showing that the parties agreed to drop the case was made public Tuesday.
