Gay Muslim Morgan Stanley Worker Claiming Bias Must Reveal Name

A former Morgan Stanley trading associate in New York who says he faced rampant harassment and other bias because he is gay and Muslim can’t sue the brokerage anonymously, a federal judge ruled.

The worker also named several Morgan Stanley executives in his December lawsuit. He alleges the brokerage failed to stop the abuse despite his repeated complaints, in violation of the gender, sexual orientation, religious, national origin, race and anti-retaliation provisions of federal, state, and New York City laws.
