Gay, Atheist, Mixed-Race T-Mobile Manager Gets Harassment Trial

T-Mobile USA Inc. must face trial on whether it subjected a retail associate manager to harassment based on his sexual orientation, religion, or race, a California federal judge ruled.

Joshua Miller has evidence a new trainee spoke with a feigned “gay accent,” asked Miller about his sexual orientation, and questioned whether Miller was a “DEI hire,” the US District Court for the Northern District of California said Wednesday. Miller also testified the trainee “expressed affinity with” a White neo-Nazi group.
