Gateway Classic Cars Faces EEOC Lawsuit for Sexual Harassment

Chesterfield Valley Investors LLC, doing business as Gateway Classic Cars, is facing a, EEOC sexual harassment lawsuit after allegedly subjecting a female employee to a hostile work environment because of her sex, the agency announced April 26.

According to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the classic car sales company’s chief financial officer/chief operating officer made repeated requests for nude pictures of the female employee for nearly a year and asked her to visit him in his hotel room. The employee complained to a showroom manager, but he allegedly discouraged her from complaining to the company’s human resources manager.
