Gates Foundation Breached Contract of ‘Chief Digital Officer’

The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation breached its contract with the organization’s first-ever chief digital officer after recruiting him away from Salesforce.com, but what it owes him for not delivering on the cutting-edge role must be recalculated, the Washington Court of Appeals ruled.
