Alia Mendonsa joined Info-Tech less than three weeks after departing Gartner in April for purported personal and health-related issues, according to the complaint filed in the US District Court for the District of Connecticut. The move was allegedly part of Info-Tech’s unlawful scheme to hire Gartner employees and use its highly confidential information to compete.
