Fuyao Glass Publicly Announces $1.3 Million Overtime Pact (1)

Fuyao Glass America Inc. has agreed to pay $1.3 million to resolve overtime claims brought by over 600 Ohio-based workers under the Fair Labor Standards Act and Ohio law, according to a settlement filed in the Southern District of Ohio.

Julia Staggs and four other individuals brought collective and class action claims on behalf of other Fuyao employees in 2017.
