Steven Homan joined Fried Frank as a partner in its global asset management practice in New York, the firm announced Tuesday.
Homan advises clients on the sponsoring and management of private equity funds, including buyout funds, real estate funds, credit funds, infrastructure funds, co-investment funds, and hedge funds. He also provides counsel on securities laws and regulations, including the structuring and marketing of funds, the firm said.
He joins from Simpson Thacher.
