Franklin Covey Co. and a former managing director who claimed she was demoted back to a client partner role because of her pregnancy, maternity leave, and discrimination complaints have resolved her lawsuit, Pennsylvania federal court records show.
The U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania on Wednesday approved a stipulation of dismissal filed by the company and Shelby Kramer on Tuesday. The dismissal is with prejudice and the parties will pay their own respective fees and costs, the stipulation said.
