Fox Rothschild Renews Bid to Nix Employee’s Sex Harassment Suit

The law firm Fox Rothschild LLP told a New Jersey federal court that a former administrative assistant waited too long to pursue most of her claims stemming from a former firm attorney’s alleged sexual harassment, and that several of her claims also failed for other reasons.

The firm’s motion to dismiss, filed Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, follows last month’s transfer of Stephanie’s Jones’s suit against Fox Rothschild and former counsel Ian W. Siminoff to that court from the Southern District of New York.
