Fox News struck back at former host Andrea Tantaros and her lawyer, telling a judge her claims the network carried out a campaign of harassment, intimidation and electronic surveillance is “an outright hoax.”
The company asked a Manhattan federal judge May 24 to throw out Tantaros’s suit, require her to pay the network’s legal fees and refer her attorney to a lawyer disciplinary committee (Tantaros v. Fox News LLC, S.D.N.Y., No. 1:17-cv-02958, memorandum 5/24/17.
