Fox News Network LLC, host Britt McHenry, and McHenry’s former co-host George Murdoch, also known as Tyrus, have resolved her lawsuit alleging gender discrimination, sexual harassment, and retaliation.
The parties filed a stipulated motion of voluntary dismissal on July 16 with the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. The filing didn’t refer to a settlement amount.
