The California Court of Appeal, Second District, affirmed a lower court’s ruling granting Fox summary judgment on Thomas Stock-Hendel’s age discrimination claim. Stock-Hendel couldn’t prove circumstances supporting an inference of discriminatory intent, the court said Tuesday in an unpublished decision.
