Former Segal Group Executive Advances Age Bias Claim (1)

New York-based consulting company The Segal Group Inc. must continue to defend against claims that it discriminated against a now-retired executive because of his age and breached an employment agreement.

Ricardo DiBartolo adequately alleged that Segal Group violated the New York City Human Rights Law by forcing him to retire to help the company transition to a younger leadership group, the US District Court for the Southern District of New York said in a Thursday order.
