Former Morgan Stanley Worker’s 2nd Circuit Appeal Dismissed (1)

A former Morgan Stanley associate needs to take his challenge of a ruling that forced his harassment case into arbitration to a full appeals court or directly to the U.S. Supreme Court, the Second Circuit said.

Mahmoud Latif previously appealed a New York federal court’s decision to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, arguing that his lawsuit against his former employer should be able to proceed in court, as opposed to privately in arbitration.
