Former Members Hayes, Becker Offer Views On Merits of Some Significant NLRB Rulings

Former National Labor Relations Board Members Brian E. Hayes and Craig Becker agree on the significance of some of NLRB’s recent rulings in unfair labor practice and representation cases, but they still have different views on the decisions, they told an audience at a Feb. 21 conference sponsored by Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart.

Hayes, a Senate-confirmed Republican board member from June 2010 to December 2012, is now a shareholder representing employers at the law firm’s Washington, D.C., office.
