Former John Deere Worker Drops Age Bias Lawsuit Over Termination

A former Deere & Co. auditor ended his suit alleging he was fired during a reduction in force due to his age and higher pay and benefit costs.

Terence Murphy, a 61-year-old White man, agreed to dismiss his claims with prejudice in a notice filed June 20 to Chief Judge Sara L. Darrow in the US District Court for the Central District of Illinois.
