For Eli Lilly Parents, New Year and New Leave (1)

Over 10,000 U.S. employees at Eli Lilly & Co. will be eligible to take 10 weeks of paid parental leave for the birth, adoption, or fostering of a child starting Jan. 1, 2019.

New mothers will also receive eight weeks of medical leave for the birth of a child, and all parents have the option to take 10 weeks of unpaid leave as well, the company said in a video announcement.
