FLRA Guidance on Information Requests Clarifies ‘Particularized Need’ Standard

The Federal Labor Relations Authority’s Office of General Counsel Oct. 31 posted on its website guidance on union information requests to federal agencies clarifying the authority’s “particularized need” standard.
