Florida Race ‘Guilt’ Training Ban Survives Bid to Block in Court

A Florida law banning workplace training that teaches people they should feel guilty about their race or sex remains in place after a federal judge refused to block the measure from taking effect next month.

Chief Judge Mark Walker of the US District Court for the Northern District of Florida on Monday declined to issue a preliminary injunction preventing implementation of H.B. 7.
