Five Below Inc. and a former buyer who was due to give birth soon after she was fired have resolved her claims that the company retaliated against her for her planned maternity leave.

The parties have reported that they settled their issues, said Judge Kelley Brisbon Hodge of the US District Court for the Eastern District Court of Pennsylvania in a Thursday order dismissing the case with prejudice. No details of any deal between the parties were provided.
