Timothy M. Kratz has joined Fisher Phillips as a partner in Denver, the firm said Monday.
Kratz has defended businesses against employment law claims such as restrictive covenants and trade secrets, harassment and discrimination, EEOC pattern and practice litigation, and Fair Labor Standards Act, according to Fisher Phillips.
He most recently served as the office litigation manager at a Denver labor and employment law firm, Fisher Phillips said.
