Fired Sales Executive Faces Libel Claim for Email, LinkedIn Post

A former Texas marketing executive will have to face a libel lawsuit by his one-time employer alleging that his disparaging social media post and emails lost the company $2 million in business, a state court appeals said.

Kadence Collective LLC, a Salesforce marketing and support business, fired head of sales Kevin Dunn in July 2020.
