Fired Pregnant Worker Ends Religious Bias Suit Against Employer

An administrative assistant voluntarily dismissed her religious discrimination suit against Christian personal finance guru Dave Ramsey’s company, after claiming she was fired because she was unmarried and pregnant.

Caitlin O’Connor, who’s also a Christian, claimed that The Lampo Group LLC fired her in violation of Title VII of the 1964 Civil Rights Act because she didn’t adhere to Lampo’s religious belief regarding premarital sex.
