Fired NREL Executive Gets Race Bias Claim Revived on Appeal

A Muslim man of Pakistani descent who was fired by the Alliance for Sustainable Energy LLC after making inappropriate comments to two women can pursue his claim of racial bias, but not his claims of discrimination based on religion or gender, the Tenth Circuit said Tuesday.
