Fired NLRB Member Seeks Full DC Circuit Review of Termination

A fired National Labor Relations Board member asked a full federal appeals court to rehear her challenge to her termination at the hands of President Donald Trump that a three-judge panel rejected a month ago.

Gwynne Wilcox’s petition filed Monday called on the US Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit to grant en banc review and hold the case until after the US Supreme Court rules on Trump’s axing of Federal Trade Commission member Rebecca Slaughter.

That would allow the DC Circuit the chance to apply the high court’s eventual decision on presidential removal authority, Wilcox said. ...
