A woman who alleged her firing from
Mary Sligay, who was 60 years old at the time of her termination, worked as a delivery receiver at Kroger for 38 years. In her complaint, filed in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, she alleged Kroger violated the state’s Elliott-Larsen Civil Rights Act.
