Fired Dollar General Store Manager Sees Age Bias Lawsuit Trimmed

Dollar General will escape a former store manager’s claim that he was denied a promotion because of his age, but he’ll be allowed to move forward with his claim that he was fired for complaining about the alleged discrimination, a federal court in Minnesota said.
