Fiat Sees Claims Trimmed in Suit Over ‘Ominous’ COBRA Notices

Fiat Chrysler Automobiles Tuesday convinced a federal judge in Michigan to pare down a lawsuit brought by a former employee who alleges the car giant sends legally deficient and “ominous” notices informing workers of their right to continue health coverage after leaving their jobs.
