FedEx Ground Settles More Driver Wage Claims, Will Pay $227M

FedEx Ground Package System Inc. will pay more than $227 million to settle the wage-and-hour claims of thousands of drivers who were dispatched from terminals in 19 states, under agreements approved by a federal district court (FedEx Ground Package Sys. Inc. Emp’t Practices Litig., N.D. Ind., No. MDL 1700, 5/1/17).
