The Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas was sued by an Indian worker who says he was discriminated based on his race, color, and age in violation of federal law.
Manoj Bajpai says he was given an unsupported law performance rating by his supervisor, who is White, and when he complained to management about the unfair ratings to other employees of color, the bank didn’t properly investigate the issue and instead supported the supervisor’s actions, according to the lawsuit filed Thursday in the US District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
