The independent agency that administers labor management for federal workers will change the way cases are handled to meet President Donald Trump’s cost-cutting demands.
In the latest regulatory agenda, the Federal Labor Relations Authority said it would updatethe general counsel’s processes as well as the internal panel that resolves impasses in negotiations between unions and management. A separate proposal will make similar changesto the labor relations board for foreign service officers.
Both cite Trump’s Feb. 11 executive order implementing the Department of Government Efficiency’s reorganization plan.
