A federal district court in Texas March 24 rejected the tax consulting firm Alliantgroup LP’s claim that a former salesman violated the noncompete and nondisclosure provisions of his employment agreement when he accepted a job at a competing tax consulting firm (Alliantgroup LP v. Feingold).
