Jewel-Osco violated a 2011 consent decree with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission by rejecting the return-to-work requests of three employees with disabilities, without seeing whether it had suitable openings or other ways to accommodate them, a federal judge in Chicago ruled Dec. 2 (EEOC v.
