The Federal Aviation Administration and hundreds of former flight service controllers who sued in 2005 saying they were fired because they were 40 or older have reached a settlement in principle in the 15-year-old case, Washington, D.C., federal court records show.
Terms of the tentative agreement weren’t included in the court record, and counsel for the parties Friday declined Bloomberg Law’s requests for more details.
