ExxonMobil Accused of Hiring Bias Against DACA Recipients (1)

ExxonMobil Corp. has a policy of refusing to hire entire categories of individuals authorized to work in the U.S., including DACA recipients, because of their alienage, a class lawsuit alleges.

The suit was filed in federal court in North Carolina by Aldo De Leon Resendiz, who says he lost a paid internship with the company as a result of the discriminatory policy.
